Intended use:
Immunoaffinity columns for use in conjunction with an HPLC system for detection of aflatoxin M1 in milk and dairy products.
General information:
The sample is warmed, filtered and passed through the AFLAPREP® M column where binding takes place between the antibody and the toxin. The column is then washed to remove any unbound material. The purified aflatoxin M1 is released from the column using 100% methanol prior to injection onto an HPLC.
